We strive to operate safely, protect our workers and deal ethically with our stockholders, partners and the public.

We maintain written policy that comply with local and International law:

Wages, Pay Slips, Attendance: Company maintain minimum wages as per local law, duly paid with pay slips.

Child Labor: Child labor is strictly prohibited in the factory, as well as any kind of Forced or Bonded Labor.

Effluent Treatment Plants ( ETP ): This is a common presumption that Industrial discharge pollutes the surrounding environment. This is not true for AnonTex Group. We at AnonTex Group are proud to have a State of the Art ETP with zero discharge.

Employee welfare:

In-house medical facility for workers and their families. All workers enjoy free health care facility. AnonTex Group have full time doctor and nurse to look after the employees' medical needs including a Child care center.
Pick and drop facility from different places.
Group activities, when each and every employee and Management Executives comes under a common roof and enjoy the activities like Cricket, Football, debates, cultural programs, spiritual activities, common lunch etc.

Neat and clean separate sanitation and rest room facilities for ladies and gents.
Prayer room: Ladies and Gents have separate prayer rooms.
Dining Hall: Hygienic canteen for workers with 24 X 7 serving facilities with strict quality check by staff members on daily bases.
Drinking water: Purified drinking water outlets ensure the quality of water that is supplied to our employees as per WHO standards.
Paid Maternity: Paid Maternity leave benefit for 16 weeks.
Fire Equipment: We have sufficient fire equipment and trained fire fighting team.
Fire Drills: Fire drills are done on a regular basis.
First Aid Box: For every 150 workers AnonTex Group have a first aid box and a trained first Aider.

We have built state of the art facilities, primarily keeping all health and safety issues in mind. We have installed systems that nullify the risk of short circuits / fires in the workplace. Smoke detectors are installed in all areas of the factory. We also have our own fire fighting water hydrant system.

Emergency exits are fitted with panic devices to ensure speedy and unhindered evacuation should the need ever arise. All emergency exits are kept unlocked during working hours.
